Self-Reflection: Leadership-related Tasks

Imagine you’re given the opportunity to take on more ownership within the company.
Even better: You get to choose which leadership-related tasks you want to focus on - based on your strengths and what motivates you most.

In the bottom right area, you’ll find 30 cards, each representing a leadership task.
Start by reviewing all the cards. Reflect on your motivation and competence:

  • Which tasks play to your strengths?
  • Which ones feel less aligned with your skills or interests?
  • Which tasks energize you - and which might drain your motivation?

Next, sort the cards into six categories by dragging and dropping them into the appropriate columns:

  • Category 1: Tasks that suit you extremely well and should definitely be part of a future role.
  • Category 5: Tasks that don’t suit you and ideally shouldn’t be part of a future role.
  • Categories 2-4: Tasks that suit you to varying degrees.

You can move cards around freely throughout the exercise until the final result reflects your preferences.
At the end, each category must contain exactly six cards. The order of cards within each category doesn’t matter.

When you are finished, click the “Submit” button.

Have fun!
